MY MARCANGELO - RULES AND REGULATIONS: |

1. MarcAngelo Foods welcome your recipe ideas, tips and stories, preferably about our products. Simply fill in the required information on the right of the page and click on the submit button. We accept text only submissions, text and image (1 image per submission) submissions and text and video (1 video per submission) submissions.
2. Please include a short title with your submission and keep the description to 5000 characters and under. We also urge you to keep your image and video file size as small as possible without compromising the quality. If you know how to edit, an image should be uploaded as .jpg or .gif in RGB mode. A video is best uploaded as .mpg, .mov, .wmv or .avi. If you don't know how, don't worry about it - upload your image or video file as you have saved it.
3. MarcAngelo will post only the submissions it feels have the highest interest to other MarcAngelo users. Small rewards will be sent to people for submitting ideas that are felt to be of the most interest. Submit your ideas, tips and stories as often as you wish, but each submission has to be original and in keeping with the subject matter of this website. Any submission made that is not original or copied will not be considered. No purchase required to participate in the MarcAngelo Foods recipe idea program.
4. There's no deadline and no limit to the number of awards that will be earned. The award is subject to availability and change without notice for an item of equal or greater value. Judging of the submissions will be conducted by a team of experts at Marcangelo Foods and all judges' decisions are final. Only submissions that have been selected by the judges will be posted. Judging of the submissions will be done monthly. The program may be cancelled at any time by MarcAngelo Foods.
5. MarcAngelo Foods reserve the right to edit and modify all submissions, including photographs and videos. Any personal information submitted by entrants in connection with this program will be used by MarcAngelo and its authorized agents solely for the purpose of MarcAngelo Foods and the website. All submissions including photographs and videos become the property of MarcAngelo Foods, none will be returned. By making a submission, you have agreed to abide by the rules and consent to the use of the text, image or video that you submitted, for the purpose of promotion and the administration of this website.
6. No correspondence will be entered into with submitters except when deemed required by MarcAngelo Foods. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, misdirected, late or incomplete submissions, nor for electronic transmission errors whether as a result of technical, network, telephone equipment, computer hardware or software or any other cause that may result in inaccurate transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, delay in operations or theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of submissions, or for failure to receive submissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the website is not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of MarcAngelo which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this program, MarcAngelo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the program.
