SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND REGULATIONS
Official Contest Rules and Regulations (the "Contest Rules")

1. How to enter: The Contest is now open and the first draw is on May 16, 2011. The contest ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on January 17, 2013 (the "Contest Closing Date"). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Participate by following the link www.marcangelowin.com to the official Contest website and complete the online entry form in full, including your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address. There is a limit of one (1) online entry per email address. Each participant has two (2) ways of earning additional entries in the Contest. First, each participant will be given one (1) additional entry in the draw for each friend that enters the Contest. Second, each participant will be will be given one (1) additional entry in the draw if they answer correctly the question pertaining to the products featured in the commercial appearing on the official Contest website.

2. The Prizes:
Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (the "Grand Prize") available to be won. The Grand Prize consists of the winner choosing one (1) of the following: 1. A trip for four (4) people to travel to a destination of their choice in Spain, France, Italy or Greece along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, departing from the international airport nearest the winner's home with return economy airfare for seven (7) days and six (6) nights standard, double occupancy accommodation plus meals, and $2,000.00 CDN in spending money. The winner will be responsible for all items not specifically mentioned above including but not limited to gratuities, passports, insurance and all travel documents. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $16,000.00 CDN based upon a departure from Toronto, Ontario; or 2. A cash equivalent in the amount of $12,000.00 CDN.

Weekly Prizes: There are eighty-six (86) weekly prizes (the "Weekly Prizes") consisting of fifty-three (53) Weber Q220 gas BBQs (each with an approximate retail value of $260.00 CDN) and thirty-three (33) George Foreman GRP106 electric clamshell grills (each with an approximate retail value of $100.00 CDN). Weekly Prize winners may choose to accept cash equal to the retail value of the Weekly Prize awarded to them in lieu of accepting the Weekly Prize. Only one (1) Weekly Prize will be awarded to each email address or organization. Each Weekly Prize winner is eligible to win the Grand Prize. One (1) Weber Q220 gas BBQ will be given away every week for fifty-three (53) weeks starting the week of May 9, 2011 to October 16, 2011 and from April 2, 2012 to October 28, 2012. One (1) George Foreman GRP106 electric clamshell grill will be given away every week for thirty-three (33) weeks starting the week of October 17, 2011 to April 1, 2012 and from November 5, 2012 to December 31, 2012.

3. Draws:
Grand Prize: A random draw will be made by an independent judging organization on January 17, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. EST in Pickering, Ontario from all eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Weekly Prizes: Random draws will be made by an independent judging organization every week awarding one (1) Weekly Prize starting on Monday May 16, 2011 and repeated on every Monday thereafter until December 31, 2012. The Weekly Prizes draws will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST in Pickering, Ontario. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Only one weekly prize will be awarded to each household or organization. If you did not win on the week you entered, your entry/entries will be included in subsequent draws.

Grand Prize and Weekly Prize Winners: Only the selected entrants will be notified. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the draw they were selected in, an alternative entrant will be randomly selected. In order to win, the selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time. The selected entrants will be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules, releasing MarcAngelo Foods (the "Contest Sponsor") and its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies and the independent contest organization from any liability resulting from the awarding of the Grand Prize or the Weekly Prize, and confirming acceptance of the Grand Prize or the Weekly Prize awarded. All valid entries including those that won weekly prizes will be included in the draw for the grand prize.

4. The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and who are not an employee of or domiciled with an employee of the Contest Sponsor or its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies or the independent judging organization. By entering the Contest, all entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the independent contest organization, which are final.

5. Any personal information submitted by entrants in connection with this Contest will be used by the Contest Sponsor and its authorized agents solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and fulfilling the Grand Prize and the Weekly Prizes. By accepting the Grand Prize or the Weekly Prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city, province/territory) and/or photograph, without further compensation or notice, in any publicity carried out in any media whatsoever by the Contest Sponsor, and/or its advertising and promotional agencies, in association with this Contest.

6. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned. Correspondence will only be entered into with the selected entrants. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, misdirected, late or incomplete entries, nor for electronic transmission errors whether as a result of technical, network, telephone equipment, computer hardware or software or any other cause that may result in inaccurate transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, delay in operations or theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entries, or for failure to receive entries on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the online entry forms are not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (which may affect the odds of winning).

7. The Contest is subject to all applicable Municipal, Provincial and Federal laws.

8. Québec: Québec residents may submit any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the "Régie") for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
