Grill or toast a bun, wrap or pita. Spread with a mixture of 1/4 cup (50 mL) olive oil whisked together with 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice or white wine vinegar and 1 tsp (5 mL) dried oregano leaves. Top with freshly cooked pork kabobs, removing wooden skewers. Top with a tomato slice or a spoonful of MarcAngelo Tzatziki or Baba Ghanouj. Serve immediately open-faced or folded over.
